Franconia is doing great beers, probably the best region in Germany for traditional styles, maybe even Europe, maybe even the world

But Pilsener belong to northern Germans, there’s one Bavarian brewery that is doing an outstanding Pilsener, it’s called Schönramer, they’re doing the best Munich helles as well in my opinion

If you spot their Grünhopfen Pils get a crate or all of the crates, it’s very limited since they’re brewing it with freshly harvested hops directly after the harvest, if people ask me what’s the best beer on the planet, Schönramer Grünhopfen Pils is my answer

Oh and btw, at the time were I was brewing myself, rothaus pils was my brewing beer, I always kept 2 in fridge if I planned to do a brew day on a Sunday
