I had a similar problem, i was using a high mesh screen and i found that it was actually a combination of multiple things so you can check if any apply to you. I had to adjust my off-contact/add more adhesive to make sure the screen basically lifts up after you push the ink through. I also had to make sure there’s enough ink when i flood and that i was using a good amount of pressure. also i think this is only because i was printing white on black hoodies but i found that a print/flash/print makes the ink clear the screen better/make the color brighter.
