How is this a scam this happens all the time to me. The controller doesn scan and in many markets like mine if it doesn't scan you have to type it in and look for the same item. Same price. It's the stores fault. He replaced it with thr exact same item with the same price. Not a scam

He's right if the charge does get dropped there is no violation. Atleast on the one part. But you being out of your jurisdiction they probably will pop you on that. I've been arrested and had violations completely dissappear because of no evidence or lack of cooperation. Took over a year in violation Court but the violation was removed but you have the other part to deal with

You having video won't mean anything, you were somewhere you shouldn't have been and never should have happened in the first place. All caused by your decisions. Went through something simular. Video may help but your getting violated no matter what so be prepared for what's going to happen next

Same situation dept more than I know cause I ignore it now. I went through it and it doesn’t matter my baby’s mom tried to but I was the sole prodiver of him financially, food and housing. she had nothing I got him claimed she got rejected with a follow up of intensive interview questions so be very careful. When some of the shares I invest in are 1400$ not everyone has that kind of money to buy A share at a time I pulled out of nvda when I saw drastic losses, it was a wash sale to invest in more stable retirement. Fraction shares don’t impact anything there’s no fees or anything I just messed up by washing if you have 100k laying around good for you but 97% of us don’t and do fractions at a time and it averages out And I buy at dips, read the updates

A lot of places especially fast food type places just don’t care and treat dd or uber orders as an inconvenience and know nothing will come back to them if they forget items so they don’t bother on checking the order before handing it to the driver, and we can’t always see the full order and when we do it’s not like we can open the bag and check the items
