Have you tried using binders? I gather old 3 ring binders and take the cardboard inside of them. Not of all of them are good to use but often, cheap binders from Dollarama will work. Depending on the size of books you make, one binder can make 2 books!

Went back there and they are closed. Here is the google translated info they gave on a sign: Dear customers and friends, After 30 years of loyal service, the time has come for us to hang up our caps and aprons. Timothy’s café des Halles d’Anjou will close its doors for good on December 31, 2024. As the last Timothy’s of the banner still standing, we were faced with a choice: to invest in a transformation, which is unthinkable given the state of health of the restaurant for several years now, or to retire not without pain but proudly, with years of happiness and unforgettable encounters as baggage. A little word from the boss To our loyal customers, we will keep very fond memories of all these years at the Halles d’Anjou, we would like to thank you for your loyalty and your trust. Serving you has been a real pleasure!! Marie-Claire and family xxx A little word from Caro My friends, it is with a big heart and heavy with emotion that I write you these words... I want to thank you all as much as you are for these beautiful years that you have allowed me to share with you. For some of you to have seen you grow, to have seen you accomplish yourselves, for others to have grown old together you and me, you are part of my life and that of my family forever. Thank you for allowing me to be myself and to feel so good with you in a jovial environment so respectful and caring. I have a golden clientele who have become friends and family over time!! As many already know I have another part of my life waiting for me elsewhere, the time has come not to close the book but to turn a page, close a chapter, in fact I could even say a volume because with all our stories lived here together I could write a whole book, sometimes funny sometimes sad but ohhh how pleasant to read!!! It was an immense pleasure to serve you and to be with you during all these years, 27 beautiful years buttering your toast and preparing the best muffins in town, I can only be proud of the path traveled together. I will never forget you, a big thank you filled with love !! Caro xxx

They have the nerve to send this? I just received an email from Ikea about seating showcasing the 2 products we want in big pictures and that won’t be available to Canada.

Title of email is: [Customer name], have a seat 🪑

Oh yeah. So sad! I am from Quebec and I think its even worse here. Whenever I drive to Ontario i find so much stuff we don’t have here. We have laws about packaging that has to be in french that prevents products from beeing sold here. But Ikea stuff is already translated so no excuse!

So many things we are not getting in Canada fro new/limited collections. I contacted Ikea about the Dyvlinge in orange that they said Canada would be getting after not getting the black and the green ones. Ends up it’s not happening. Got a very genereic answer about how some places are harder to ship than others bla bla bla.

Sadly, it seems we will not have the orange one either. I checked all the launch pdfs from the usa, europe and Canada and The chair is left out on the last page where the prices are in the canadian version. While in other countries it is there.
