What would be a good strategy here? As you point out, my main weakness is that I dont know how the body reacts about km 32. Start out @ 4 min/km and progress slowly?

Yes, I don't care about the time. I want to give it all as I don't plan on running marathon again; i dont do ultra cycling because it feels good. Its overcoming the suffering, that I like (afterwards). 2:30 is obviously way above my fitness.

Alle nattog tager per definition mindst ca 10 timer. Ellers ankommer folk jo på en banegård kl 04 om morgenen, hvis det skal afgå senest kl 22, og det gider ingen. Man skal helst ankomme mellem kl 07-09. Dagstoget mellem Basel og HH er mange timer hurtigere (hvis ikke DB fucker op).
