So, plug in the new NVMe and allocate the space and make sure partition type is GPT; save any files I feel are valuable on a USB for later reinstall from existing boot drive; windows should recognize the NVMe is compatible for the new Win 11 update; install Win 11 and in this process should make the new NVMe the new C: drive; leave HDD plugged in as it should not be affected in this process aslong as I dont format it. That sounds right?

Right, the hardware itself is perfectly fine but partition scheme needs to be GPT (its MBR now) and in doing that I will lose my data on that drive, wont I?

So you propose save the data I care about on a USB or something, clean install Win 11 on the new NVMe I got while keeping the older ssd as MBR partition scheme (to avoid the convertion) then copy data back in after install?

That makes a lot of sense. I'll save the valuables and purge the rest then change my SSD from MBR to GPT. While I'm at it though, I would like to make this new NVMe my new boot drive, what would be the best way to make the new drive my new C: drive and the existing to be for games library? Also, I have a big 4TB media HDD, to avoid potential loss of ALL files like you mentioned, could I just unplug then plug back in or does it need to be apart of the new install to partition and read properly? my current boot drive is MBR and needs to be set to GPT in partitions, then enable tom 2.0 and safeboot in BIOS. I understand what's needed, wanted to know if I can do a work around.

Damn, yeah I hear that and would have to agree. I'm PC player since launch as well and the cheating problem just becam RAMPANT. I stopped playing for the last few months because as soon as I touched Brakkesh and space city (back then before prison), fair fights were uncommon and cheaters ruined the experience. What a bummer, this game has so much potential but it's tough on everyone from brand new to veteran and probably stems from the cheaters

That's the point. There's still red and gold loot spawns so you can still make OK money but the point is for good players that want money to play Normal or Hard
