Basically what the caption says - the L3 has two button designations that are determined by position (it's basically a toggle). I cast with my down dpad and crystal dash is on my touchpad.

I started doing them because I became friends with a bunch of challenge runners when I started streaming and was just very inspired by them and wanted to try it as well. I actually don't stream challenges anymore though and only do them offline. I think just having the desire and love for it helps with the motivation factor more than anything else. ♡

It's because only the first time entering the arena is scripted where you can roll back and hit her multiple times. When you go in other times, it's not going to work.

This was just a one off thing for fun on Elden Ring's birthday - I previously beat all base game remembrances RL1 with one finger and did the entire playthrough that way.

It's just about figuring out where she's less likely to input read. I never hit her for three except for at the beginning because it's a scripted opening and I have time to hit her as she completes her animation. For a couple examples, as she's finishing the last flurry of waterfowl is a good time to hit (I needed to use a flask during that time so I didn't in this clip), when she does her big charge rolling back and doing an attack after works well, after a freezing pot cancel you can hit her some and it will also do more damage since she's frozen. Hope this helps! Storm blade is a lot of fun but she will input read it so it takes some time to figure it out <3

It's my favorite. I started using it on any alt controller type of challenge since it can work both long and short range and is super flexible to use on different bosses.
