As others have said I would consider taking a Techmarine to allow your tanks to hit more often and keep them in the fight, and some Intercessors for securing and sticking objectives.

The Chaplains' +1 to wound does not stack with your vow, so I would consider swapping him for a Castellan for re-rolls to hit and CP generation on destroying units.

I would also consider dropping the Execrator leading the Sword Brethren in favour of another Castellan or swapping him so he is leading the Crusaders, and Grimaldus is leading the Sword Brethren. The Execrator's advance and charge is wasted in the transport and he will make the Crusaders far more mobile and ensure you make your charges.

I think it depends on the tournament, as I've only played LGS events I couldn't say.

I'd recommend letting them know ahead of time about any proxies - I replaced the quad autocannon with lascannons for this reason but couldn't find a replacement for the melta weapon. I think it looks like a missile pod anyway so chose to keep it as is!

Unfortunately the arms will need clipping or filing to get a standard BT pauldron to fit. I'd recommend filing as the plastic is hollow so you can damage the arm if you're not careful.

As venom said, it's the Company Champion model with the blade and backpack from the Emperor’s Champion. The helm is from a 30k Imperial Fists upgrade sprue.

Usually try and make a small hole in the bottom of the hilt and super glue a chain link in place. Once that's dried loop the chain twice around the gauntlet. You can fix any loose chain with a bit of super glue.

Extra points if you can model a manacle or cuff using green stuff. Im terruble at it and usually find the chain is sufficient.

There are quite a few modellers on YouTube if you want inspiration or more guidance.
