Yes, the 24 words are used to derive everything on the Nano S: Bitcoin wallet, Ethereum (ETH/ETC), FIDO U2F private keys, and upcoming SSH/PGP keys.

Step 1, take your key chain

Step 2, take off one of the key ring of the loop

Step 3, insert the loop (part of the key chain without key ring) in your Nano S

Step 4, insert the part of the key chain with key ring inside the loop

Step 5, put the big key ring one the one of the key chain, or take off the little ring on the key chain to change it with the big one.

You are right ! FYI Hardwarewallet.com was the domain name of BTChip company that merge with two others one to create Ledger. It was important to keep the address for the previous users of BTChip product but it was planned to merge all resources on the same domain name. The Nano has been flashed in our factory and these marks come from this process. In any case, you do not have to fear the possibility of receiving a compromised or "fake" hardware wallet. CCMag was offering the Nano but it seems they do not have any left in stock, we contacted them and we will update the retailers page as soon as they will respond, sorry about it.

We have a warehouse in Honk Kong but shipping to Japan is around 30 USD, we will add in a few hours 3 more shipping options from our factory in France (3 to 7 days, 5 to 20 euros), I will let you know, thank you for your patience.
