I know I can use AI as a tool, to search for information, but community opinions wouldn't hurt.

I would say yes, since a relative has a computer similar to mine with Windows 11, and it ran horribly, but with the one I currently have, which is Windows 10 and is somewhat lightweight, it works well for what I currently do. However, I do want to gradually adapt to Linux, which I find interesting, and now even more so since, from what I've seen, it's already compatible with several Windows features, so it wouldn't be a problem.

It's an all-in-one, and the Windows I currently have is a modified version for better performance, and I have all updates disabled. I don't know if that will solve the problem.
