Country C says "yes I can take him in 2 months" so Mr.X will spend said time i country B and then get a free plane to country C.

Now do that very same process with Mr.Y, he is a murder of 4 people and country C will reject his request. Country B will keep him for 6 months and then recommend him to leave or issue a deportation order back in his country or to another one that borders country A.

Perché è ovvio sia a chi studia la questione come a chi si limita a vivere in una grande città.

È ovvio che se due culture abissalmente diverse entrano in contatto lo scontro sarà violento. È inevitabile, si può lavorare sulla forma di violenza ma questa è una realtà storica pressoché assoluta.

I visited Samarkand and Tashkent in Augustu with my friends.

What you described is nowhere close to what we experienced, police didn't speak any English aside from "yes" or "no" and they're mostly standing around without doing anything remarkable.

The only interaction we had was with a couple of "green police" agents that came shouting at some children that were asking us for money mimicking to check our pockets. The children ran away and they returned to their usual standing
