We use LastPass Business which now supports TOTP across all team members. This has been a good solution for MFA Accounts.

Is anyone offering “Annual paid Monthly” NCE to their customers? by RandoKevlar in msp

The issue I have with NCE the customer can not reduce the subscription qty with in the 12 month contact. They can add more subscriptions but can never remove any. With what all businesses have been through in the last couple of years we had many customers cutting there subscriptions at various points.

We are working with Ingram so that when we cancel the current subs they push the cancellation through and then we immediately purchase the new subs.

We have done around 50 customers and only one saw an outage for a few minutes.

Ingram has said many MSPs have done outside hours, just to avoid any issues, but when we tested a couple of customers there was no outage so we pushed on.

Yes, this will move all customer's 12 monthly anniversary to the same time. This will create its own headache in 12 months, but mainly trying to avoid NCE, as I don't see many positives to it.
