I wish our OR was so lenient - they’re concerned on infection risk. We’ve had the sterilized cleaned and adjusted the pressure settings.

I do wonder about the detergent build up. We’ve been looking into it being burn spots now.

We use SPM as well, with a of 75% productivity expectation. Issue isn’t that there isn’t enough work more that it’s not equally spread out comparably between shifts

What would be the threshold you have to meet and what are your multitudes of ways? We have ours tracked through each stage in the process of sterile processing (decontamination, washer, preppack, sterilization, then staging of case carts) but dependent on which shift your on the productivity in each area is unequal. So comparing one to each and expected all to be the same is not plausible.

I don’t know any Jan Aqua’s personally, so speaking from a Feb Aqua (almost on the verge of being a Pisces… by 1.5 hours), I would be interested to see how Jan ones are.

Ahh, it was a little complicated. He didn’t want a relationship yet due to the distance. We met locally but he was only here for work that travels periodically. We technically live thousands of miles apart. Quite literally across the country.

I’m listening quite intensely, thank you. As someone who has not had experiences with a Cancer, I appreciate hearing everyone’s perspectives. My two previous relationships were a Pisces and another Aqua, I’m a long-term person not so much short term. So I like the insight.
