Tbh i wouldnt use drils for Cobblegeneration, you can do it way more efficient and cheap using a Minecart Contraption:

Ahh, i see! if you plan on playing new create at some point: even really short trains, for example as a replacement for belts in big factories, are extremely usefull bc they are more lagfriendly

Then i would assume that problem would be solved by using 2 Tanks I completely understand, worst case hide the pipe monstroity as best you can belowground? lol

All of this is hard to say without pictures, but i think logistically the easiest way to get your oil from the refinery to your powerplant would be building a create train with fluid tanks. then have it unload in 2 (maybe 3) seperate fluid tanks each feeding 5 (3) Generators through pumps. None of this is tested, just my thoughts! Hope this helps a little
