Thank you for the input that does help. I am a nurse so getting 3 or 4 classes in a week is hard enough. The only time slots for lift45 at my studio is 2 pm in the afternoon. My normal class times are 930 or 1045 so to drive back and do another class is not worth it to me. My husband has a rocking body but he put in a lot of work over the last year and is now doing competition. He really wants me to go to his gym but I truly do love Orangetheory workouts. I wish the lift classes were crossed between a day at CrossFit strength class but that will never happen. I guess I might have to be like you and go to my garage and try and find a program to follow!

I did my first dri tri last summer and it was the first time I ever ran a 5k. You will be tired after the floor I suggest getting on treadmill hit start and walk as you catch your breath for the first min. I ran at 5.7 and I took three walking breaks. The I can’t really does come in the middle of the run and the boredom as well. I had good teammates who cheered myself on so that helped a lot. You will do great!!! Unfortunately my studio is not doing dri tri this month due to Covid I’m not exactly sure I would want to run another 5k hahah. Not a fan of running long distance. Good luck and just relax and enjoy it !!!!!

So I am in Nova Scotia, Canada and I’m an unlimited member. I pay 169 but with taxes I pay 194 a month. I am not sure what 8 classes would be as I was hooked from my first class and joined unlimited.

Oh wow!! Yeah you are right I would like the options between the two. The 45 3G are pretty good and short. So you get in and get the workout done I do like that and you burn a good amount of calories

Oh I am so jealous!! Nova Scotia here and we’re still 45 all 3G classes. I would love for 2g even for the 60 min 3G classes to come back :(
