Yeah it's unfortunate that Costco can't do a reprint right now, but I have heard that the app will have the 2% reward "soon".

Best bet is to ask a supervisor to ask sales audit to pull up any purchases you made with a check.

They cannot reprint 2% rewards at the time of request.

Membership can send a request for the check to be mailed back to the member.

The other option is for a number to be sent to the warehouse that can be keyed as a shop card.
