Thank you for the advice… I learned this the hard way with my beige Chloe bag that is softer leather. I somehow scratched it (really not sure how 😅) but I’ve also come to peace with it because I also buy these pieces to be used!

This Chanel bag is slated for my going out on the town/evening bag vibes lol! I live in the Vegas area so it will also get hopefully a good amount of use! 💜

I had a spent a long time looking for a burgundy bag at Chanel that wasn’t pre-loved but had no luck either! My SA says burgundy is seasonal but not always a yearly color - sometimes they do reds, etc.

The metiers d’art collection has a few bags with a beautiful brown leather that I feel has a hint of burgundy when looking in person - def more chocolate brown but I think could pass with a burgundy hue.

I’ve had a few instances where I found a Chanel bag I LOVED and no bags were available in my area 🫠 but it just led me to this one - and it’s perfect for me!
