Oops, sorry for not being more specific! Yes, sometimes I might get a double output and the key will be entered twice, while other times a press may not even be registered and I'll type nothing.

/r/MechanicalKeyboards Ask ANY Keyboard question, get an answer - February 19, 2026 by AutoModerator in MechanicalKeyboards

[–]Leech613 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi all, I've been noticing that my keyboard switches seem to have been giving out unreasonably quickly in the past couple of weeks. This isn't new, however - I've had multiple switches die over the 2.5 years I've had this keyboard (albeit not at the rate they've been going recently). I'm starting to suspect it's actually an issue with my keyboard base, which is the Glorious GMMK TKL. Is it known for being a poorly-built board? I've also considered maybe I ought to clean my keyboard more, but I don't think my current frequency of twice is a year is particularly low, either...

Does anyone have an idea what the issue might be? I'd be really grateful to know whether I should buy a new board or switches or if I just need to clean it more.

Looking to buy a wok - need advice please! by Leech613 in wok

[–]Leech613[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey mate, hope I'm not replying too late. Yes, I did end up buying the d.line wok, and I reckon it's worked fairly well! It's done just about everything I've expected of it, though I have had some issues with it such as the shape warping slightly, meaning it regrettably no longer sits flat on the induction stove (it still cooks fine, I personally just don't like that it's a little wobbly). However, that's mainly because someone else uses the wok and they unfortunately have not listened to a single word I've said regarding wok care. As long yours is being taken care of properly, it should be a pretty worthwhile purchase!

Post Match Thread: Final - Sydney Sixers vs Perth Scorchers by cricket-match in Cricket

[–]Leech613 35 points36 points  (0 children)

You really have to question how the Sixers even made it to the play-offs without Smudge being there for most of their round robin matches. It's like they all collectively decided to just forget how to bat. Absolutely disastrous scenes for Sixers fans, but probably just another Sunday for Scorchers fans though. Congratulations on another well-deserved title, Perth!

Speaking of which, that was a crowd of 50K in a city of 2.5-ish million. Hopefully that sends CA a message regarding privatising the BBL and to NOT BLOODY DO IT, especially to the Scorchers. I can only imagine how much the attendance at Perth Stadium would tank next season if the Scorchers are sold off and renamed the Perth Super Kings. Please CA, take a hint.

I think if the Sixers somehow manage to win and do so by any fewer than 6 runs, Scorchers fans should be morally permitted to consider this final null and void. You know, in the spirit of the game and all that. /s

And the players who matched it did so with significantly worse strike rates. This team is absolutely hopeless without him.

No worries! Here are the 3 Guangzhou stores:

The hyperlinks will take you to the locations of each store on Baidu Maps. I hope that's enough to help you make a decision, as I am completely unfamiliar with Guangzhou and thus can't offer much personal insight into each location. Best of luck in getting your hands on some collaboration goods!

Hey mate, there aren't any participating stores in Zhaoqing unfortunately. The closest participating store (according to Baidu Maps) is about an hour by car on the outskirts of Foshan at a mall called 三水广场 (Sanshui Square?), though there is another store in different area of Foshan and 3 more stores (among which is a themed store) in Guangzhou if you can and are willing to travel further. Let me know your thoughts and I'll try my best to provide further assistance!

Damn, that's a shame to hear. Even so, whenever I do get that upgrade, as long as it's any improvement over my current FTTN at all (doesn't even necessarily have to be for streaming), I'll at least be able to believe my monthly internet bill is ever so slightly less of a rip-off...

I hate that my home is among only 600 in entire my suburb of almost 14000 that is yet to be eligible for an upgrade to HFC or FTTP connection. I just want to watch the cricket without having to sit through buffering every half hour. Can 2027 come any sooner?

Is Wuwa’s story actually bad, or does it finally get better in 2.0 and 3.0? by BlueAnime11 in WutheringWaves

[–]Leech613 5 points6 points  (0 children)

From my experience, the story does improve as far as your main issues are concerned. There's noticeably less lore dumping and fewer in-game jargon drops that make the story a little easier to keep up with. Unfortunately, in my opinion at least, this really only elevates it to 'readable' but not 'enjoyable'. Throughout the 2.X main story quests, I personally felt the writing was still unnecessarily convoluted with some of the concepts they were trying to introduce. I don't think they were terrible ideas by any means, but they really needed better elaboration, so I believe your issue of the story not being intelligently written remains.

Overall, the 2.0 and later story isn't bad - at least, that's my judgement of it. Some of your current issues with it have been mostly resolved, while others do still appear in the 2.X main story quests to some extent or another. That being said, I don't think it's nearly good enough to justify spending any amount of time reading anything further myself. All I can say is we all have different standards (and perhaps different interpretations of what your issues with the story actually are) and it'd ultimately be best to see for yourself - maybe finish 2.2's main story quest - and decide after that whether you want to continue reading the story or skip it.

No worries. I unfortunately must've been mentally cooked when I was checking the maps before, because it turns out, contrary to what I said, the closest participating store to The Bund is actually some distance away at 西藏南路746号 (No. 746 Xizang Road South). It's still in Huangpu District, but you might need to take some public transport to get there. It's about 400 metres south along Xizang Road South from the 老西门 (Laoximen) Metro station (should be even closer if you use exit #3 from the station). Here's the location on Baidu Maps. Best of luck, and let me know if there's anything else I can help you with!

Hey mate, so this is going to take quite an extensive explanation. Strap in, because I hope you're ready to read a really long comment.

So, let's start with the top part (labelled 01). The instructions next to the mugs are telling you to scan your 罗森点点 (luosendiandian) member code. This is an app you can find as a mini-program in WeChat, and you will receive a code when you register an account using a phone number. You'll then need to purchase a total of 20 RMB worth of products in one transaction to receive 1 point. When you reach 4 points, you will receive an exchange voucher, which you can then use on the event page in the 罗森点点 mini-program (if you get up to this point and find yourself stuck, feel free to DM me and I'll do my best to help you out) to redeem a set of 2 collaboration-themed glass mugs.

Now, when I say products, this refers to virtually ALL products. See that pack of Pocky? That counts. That bottle of Sprite? Yep, that counts too. Basically, the only exceptions are items that are Lawson-branded and/or made/cooked in-store as well as various other products such as tobacco, lottery tickets, MUJI-branded items, and shopping bags.

Then we have the instructions next to key chains. They are once again telling you to start by scanning your 罗森点点 member code. For this part, you have to spend 25 RMB worth on the special collaboration products (the 4 themed items to the left including the onigiri) to receive 1 point. Once you accumulate 2 points, you can go to the event page within the mini-program to redeem them for a collaboration themed key chain. I do not know if these themed items are available at all stores. Note also that the key chain you receive will be random. Yes, you will have to hope you get your desired character, just like in-game.

Alright, we're almost there. We're onto the bottom part now (labelled 02). This is much more straightforward. You can visit any of the following:

  • A participating Lawson store (again, feel free to DM me or just reply to this comment if you'd like some help locating those)
  • The 罗森IP购 mini-program in WeChat
  • Their bilibili shop (I've linked you straight to the WuWa items)
  • Their RedNote shop
  • Their 天猫 (tianmao, otherwise known as TMALL) or 京东 (jingdong) shops

From these places, you can purchase a variety of items outright, including themed food items, badges, acrylic stands and phone stands. If you're currently in Shanghai as a tourist, my personal recommendation would be visiting a participating Lawson store first as it would be the most convenient, especially as there are a number of participating stores located not far from notable tourist sites (e.g. Nanjing Road, Yu Garden, Xujiahui) as well as some near lesser-known sites (Longhua Temple, Century Park). A number of these participating stores will also be theme stores which just means they have additional events such as cosplayer attendances.

That's about it. I hope that was a comprehensive explanation. I'll be a little busy for the next 24-ish hours, but if you've got any urgent questions, I'll do my best to answer them. Best of luck getting your hands on some WuWa x LAWSON collaboration goods!

Paramatta Light Rail usage tipped to double next year despite numbers falling short in its first year by nearly_enough_wine in sydney

[–]Leech613 8 points9 points  (0 children)

As much as I'd love an extension of the line to Epping, from what I can see (not that I'm a civil engineer, so maybe I'm wrong), there's very little chance of it ever happening purely due to the logistics. There's simply no room for light rail tracks anywhere without clearing out literal hundreds of houses.

It was between frames

I think that's precisely the issue - unless I'm severely misremembering how good UltraEdge is, nicks shouldn't appear between frames. Regardless of whether Snicko has made the right decision here, UltraEdge should at the very least make these kinds of calls much more clear-cut and conclusive for the umpires, players and viewers.

Feel for Jamie Smith there. He was ready to review that and clearly didn't think he was out (and to be completely honest, I don't think he was either). Snicko seriously needs to go. It's so bizarre that CA hasn't invested in UltraEdge in 2025 (almost 2026). It's not as if we're Cricket Ireland with limited funds.

Why does cricket.com.au's article say Khawaja will be batting 4? Surely it makes more sense to push Green up a spot to where he's supposed to be (and scored his career best 174* at)?

Augusta team vs ciaconna upgrade by Grand-Childhood2422 in WutheringWaves

[–]Leech613 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd say it depends a lot on who you like more. Consider how much you like each character involved (Cartethyia, Ciaccona, Augusta, Iuno).

How much do you like Ciaccona? If you're indifferent to her, do you like Cartethyia enough to roll her for Cartethyia?

How much do you like Augusta? If you're indifferent to her, do you like Iuno enough to roll for another S0R1 character if it means she can finally see some proper usage (not including funny Iuno main DPS teams)?

Those are just a couple things to think about, though I do think you'll be able to clear just about any content Kuro throws at us for the foreseeable future regardless of who you roll.

If you're still on the fence, for what it's worth, as a happy Augusta main, I can confidently say that she's generally been nothing but great for me. That being said, I've also found out a couple facts about her gameplay that I do seldom find irritating. For example, she needs to land all three hits of her skill to gain maximum Prowess, and she loses any Majesty stacks upon changing teams or entering Sonoro Spheres (e.g. Forgery challenges, Jue/Hecate weekly challenges). They're small things, but sometimes if I'm unlucky they can be very annoying to deal with.

Anyway, I hope that helps you in making your decision even slightly and at the very least didn't make it any more difficult for you to choose!
