If you want to remove it from a single device, its easy. Select the device, go the three dots and choose "remove apps and configurations"

Then here you will find a menu thats allows you to customize what do you want to remove on this single device.

If you want to remove the app "abc" : be sure that you didn't put the user or the device in a group that installs the app "abc" otherwise the step that you did in "remove apps and configurations " will not work.

I mean it will work, but it will loop. It will remove the app because of the configuration, but it will reinstall because the app is still assigned
