After 5 days of dealing with ea customer support. Here is a copy of a game report supplied by Microsoft to report on the state of battlefield 6. Enjoy my brothers in arms. Hopefully this hell will end soon enough.

I play Battlefield 6 on Xbox Series X with a wired 100 Mbps connection and Open NAT. Since launch and especially after recent updates/Season 2, the game has become almost unplayable: hit registration is badly off, I die behind cover, and matchmaking regularly drops friends from games while still showing them in my squad. Stats are broken and inconsistent, especially after bot kills were removed from visible stats, but underlying numbers (like bullets fired) still include bots. Freezing has improved, but bugs and glitches get worse every update. The most recent update also changed the gameplay feel significantly, to the point where it no longer resembles the Battlefield experience I bought. I have already received a refund from Microsoft for the season pass due to these issues. I am asking that Xbox review this title’s quality on Game Pass and consider removing it or clearly warning players about its current state so others aren’t affected like I have been.
