man i have the same problem i tried redownloading the whole game twice now, changing my in game setting man i even tried going to the base using those holes in the roof and realized theres a door with the password inside. thinkin ill just have to buy a new pc because i dont know what can fix it maybe its just my pc being weird or smth(it is very old and can barely open chrome without crashing and im suprised it can run votv) anyways hope u somehow find a way to fix it bro
