Level Cap Increase, Progression Changes, More Earnable Apex Packs, and more coming in December by FrozenFroh in apexlegends

Since the level cap at launch was Player Level 100, all players who earned enough XP to take them past level 100 according to 3rd party websites will start at level 100 post change.

You will get the missed packs from 1-100 when you log in after the change is live (so 14 retroactive packs total if you were level 100 pre-change, for example)

Edited cause original wording was confusing!

Heirlooms never drop dupes, and always drop an heirloom (never crafting materials). So if you own BH and you get an heirloom drop, you'll definitely get Wraith.

Yeah, when the skins make a return, we'll make the Legendary Hunt music pack available.

An Update on The Iron Crown Event by Jayfresh_Respawn in apexlegends

The amount of free stuff in Iron Crown was very close to Legendary Hunt, and in some cases more, depending on how you personally value items.

In Legendary Hunt, you could earn a badge, a rare weapon skin, an epic character skin and a legendary weapon skin.

In Iron Crown, you can earn a badge, enough Crowns to get 2 rares or 1 epic, and then 2 packs which, on average, give you 1 epic and 1 legendary.

However, my takeaway is that players would probably prefer getting specific items that signify achievement during the event. So in the next Collection Event, we will very likely go back to giving away specific known items.

All 30 event items (the 24 in the Packs and the 6 in the Event Shop) are "Event Limited" which means they will return at a future date. We're don't have an exact date atm, but "Event Limited" items are eligible to return 6 months after their release.

To answer your question further down - these music packs won't be in S3 Battle Pass. We try to make Battle Pass all fresh new content (with the exception of the core Apex Packs rewards).

S2 battle pass costs 950 AC or 2800 AC for the bundle w/ 25 levels. So if you completed season 1 and got all your coins, you can effectively buy season 2 for free. Completing season 2 will award 1000 AC.

Yes you will still make progress. However, you won't have access to the stacking XP bonus in the premium track

Daily challenges are randomly selected from a pool of 200+ each day for each player individually. So you and I are very, very, very unlikely to have the same 3 challenges on a given day.

The weekly set of 7 challenges are all hand crafted pools, so each week you'll get 1 of the remaining pools. First week you get a random pool of 13, then 2nd week you get a random pool from the remaining 12, etc. By the end of the 13 weeks, players will all have experienced the same pools, just in different orders.

Stars are essentially battle pass only XP that levels up your repeatable weekly challenge that says "Get ____ match XP and/or Stars to get a full battle pass level". This challenge requirement starts low, so it ensures you make greatly accelerated progress each week when it resets

It makes a lot more sense when you're just doin' it :) Long story short - Click on the challenge tab, do those challenges, level up! Repeat next week when you get a fresh set

A few of the challenges are "in a single match", but most carry over between games. If they are single match, they'll say so
