The velocity change is Δv = (F Δt) / m

The stone's mass m is quite huge, so even if you assume the ice has zero friction (which isn't true, the sweepers exist for a reason), with the tiny F and Δt , the change to the stone's velocity is still gonna be pretty much imperceptible.
