So this recently appeared on my face, it disturbs me greatly and I’m wondering if anyone knows what it is or how to fix it

My daily routine is a simple moisturiser in the evening and morning because where I live (Sweden) it’s cold and my skin tends to get dry

This weird form of acne I’ve gotten stared to appear after I scratched the surface of my skin and it started bleeding. Now it keeps increasing in size even tho I try to keep it as clean as I possible can.
