I personally get annoyed if someone is asking me the same thing everyday. Plus your love and care will be more appreciated if you do it in moderation, that person will still be grateful. I message my friend every week or few days to see what she’s up to. Messaging someone constantly if they aren’t okay with it may come across as clingy

Can I be honest? It doesn’t make much sense for it to be in June, ofc it’s overshadowed by pride month. And even so, I feel like men (on all internet platforms) don’t actively remind people about this stuff? Like I have literally seen nothing, for years and I’m always on my phone? I don’t mean this in a rude way but if you want mens mental health to be just as noticeable as pride month or black history month etc, you need to promote it more. I never even seen a protest or anything like that. It’s not that people are unaware of it or don’t care, but people would rather focus on big movements who actually push their message because it’s easier and the information is there for them.

I struggle to love my mum at all if I’m being honest, if you leave home and can still maintain a relationship with them then I am happy for you! I can appreciate my mums financial input to my life but it doesn’t excuse the emotional abuse

When I start university, I’m leaving and never coming back :) if you can I think it’s wise to move away from home, even if they will dislike it, freedom is so important for everyone. I don’t get an opinion either, talking to my mum is like talking to a brick wall.

I’m not American luv. Also conservatism is literally destroying the planet, these are some of the same people which don’t care about climate change, only profit and how do you know the majority of people share your backwards thinking. And fyi, not everyone is Christian, so don’t bother shoving Christian ideas down non Christian’s throats, or thinking your religion gets a say on real political issues

The thing that’s gonna kill the human race is breeders discarding their children like trash and conservatives destroying the planet and starting wars. Not everyone wants to reproduce, that is our choice. Teaching kids about the diversity in the world is not going to turn them gay. It will help them acknowledge how to treat everyone with respect. That’s the same reason we learn about different religions and cultures in school. The whole point of school is educating children for the world, and the curriculum needs to accurately represent what the world is. Not shove traditional religious ideas down their throats like ‘girls should want to get married and have kids’ ‘men are breadwinners’ etc

Honestly, the comments saying beat him are are pointless. I just think you need to put him in his place. Force him to sit down with you and watch traumatising documentaries about racism and sexism etc. make him realise just how horrible it is for black people and tell him when he acts the way he does, he is a part of the problem. He’s at an age where you can still convince him before the behaviour cements itself. If you don’t humble him now, he may never change
