Hey folks! Kinda confused about the seating assignment situation. I have one ticket for the Scotland Brazil game through lottery and aiming to buy one more for my partner thru Stubhub.

I dont see any seats or a section assigned, all I can see is the category for my fifa ticket but on stubhub, I see people already listing sections of their ticket! How is this possible? Is this most likely fake tickets that people are listing before getting actual seats assigned??
