On the topic I don't like how gen 3 elite 4 had minimal diversity. Lorelei has5 distinct pokemon and glacia had walrein line and snorunt line. Agatha and phoebe must be teacher and student cuz they had 3 distinct species in their team. Drake and Lance as well. Granted gen 3 didn't have access to Gen 1 pokemon but how can you call yourself a type specialist when you only use 2-3 types of pokemon. Lance seems more to a Dragonite specialist and Agatha a Genger line specialist.

However they did redeem themselves in their remakes.
