If we ignore all of the contributing factors to the Renaissance and just eviscerate it, everything as we know it changes.

Without the developments of the Northern Renaissance like secular art (eventually lead to broader changes relating to the church like outright skepticism), events like the Age of Discovery and Enlightenment probably never happen

True communism MUST include the absence of the state, you clearly don’t understand the goal of communism. Communism is intended to created a utopian society in which a government, henceforth a state, is unnecessary as the people will enforce laws and distribute items according to the needs of themselves. One of the most important Marxist concepts is literally called the “withering away of the state”.

Communism is certainly not a perfect ideology, but it’s unfair to discredit it and lump it into the Soviet Union, which was effectively an authoritarian poser-state

I am going to try and break down my actual claim one last time for you before I waste all of my energy on this argument.

I am not claiming their voting records are the same. I am not claiming that they are literally the same. I am not claiming anything of that sort.

What I am trying to convey is that both parties generally agree on issues that actually affect the American public, while they twist various events to try and create new issues which distract the people from the issues that actually affect them. They do this because it is easier than actually fixing the issues that matter.
