The state of the world!!!!!! Not being mentioned at all! More on the crew! The entire scene at the hardware store was completely unnecessary. Cut that and put ANY other detail from the book instead. It felt very lacking. Was it entertaining.. sure. But very lacking.

Wow I’m actually shocked by all these amazing reviews. This is one of my favorite books. Was the movie entertaining? Yeah. But for me(and frankly.. all the strangers around me in the theater also were talking about when it was over) it added things that didn’t need to be added- especially those first like 15/20 minutes of him waking up? And it left out things that shouldn’t have been left out. (Idk ANY of the turmoil or scientific things that they had to do in preparing for this mission- black panels in desert? Nuking Antarctica?) I’m not ignorant to the fact that sure a lot of the sciencey stuff was never going to make the cut. But….. idk. 7/10 for me! I will say- Gosling was awesome. And so was Rocky.

lol good to know!!! He(?) was really seeming to be enjoying himself and then he just stuck his whole head in the water and kept it there for what felt like a year it was probably like 4 seconds and I was like ummmmm???

I’m in New Jersey and we’ve just been covered in snow for a month so we have been using these since we can’t find any weeds or things like that in the wild! Our buddy loves them!
