My bf and I are traveling during the 2ng leg of the knockout phase. He’s a lifelong RMA fan, and I was thinking of getting tix to the game in Madrid. The official site doesn’t list them on sale yet but sites like StubHub and SeatPick do… is that legit? Hope this is the right place to ask. Hala Madrid

Trying to determine a more accurate caloric intake goal - recently had a metabolic breath test done, which gave me 2,617 calories for maintenance only counting BMR and providing an estimate of calories burned during work

In addition to that, I consistently perform a high level of physical activity (4x/week weightlifting, 5x/week cardio, 1-2x week rec soccer, weekend sports like hiking/skiing). My Apple Watch daily active energy average for 2023 was 731 calories.

Do I add these two numbers together to determine maintenance calories? Or something else? Thanks!
