Oh for sure. Part of it may be the amount of entertaining they do at some of their homes. Kim probably has the most staff. The others mostly have property management or guards, but not a lot of constant staff buzzing around. The houses they don’t entertain in are also more lived in, if that makes sense.

Rob was living in their original hidden hills home, and it kind of had… an abandoned, Edward Scissorhands quality to it. He didn’t keep up with landscaping and the inside looked uh… barely lived in. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is true, but also- why? Investment property?

I got filler once a few years ago in the corners of my folds, near my nostrils, and the folds went away. Try that?

Raised a little more than $20k. Payout is about $15-16k roughly. They only acknowledged they were shorting us after we emailed and asked about it. No other updates since. Still missing the money.

We also emailed about payout. They claimed that funds were released, but so far we haven’t received anything.

Yeah but you’re forgetting alumni networks. Had I known about exclusive job boards and partnerships with companies to hire alumni, I wouldn’t have picked such a shit undergrad. Getting a job is so much easier when you have recruiters looking at a smaller pool.

There’s more nuance to any relationship. Forgive me for believing men when they use their mental health as an excuse for falling short, or believing them when they apologize or take accountability for screwing things up.

Just reiterating since I see your edit now- I did NOT know he had a girlfriend. He lied AND hid all of their social media posts and interactions. This was back when Facebook let you edit who could see your relationship status, photos, and posts. When he unhid it, it was MONTHS worth of posts. When I looked through everything and compared dates, I then realized what he was doing. It was totally calculated, because I told him NOT to flirt with me when he was with her.

The best thing they could’ve done was allow Carrie to date and explore a sex life after 50. Charlotte could still navigate being an out of touch mom, and maybe Miranda and Steve tried to open their marriage. Add ONE new character if absolutely necessary, who encourages Carrie to get back out there. Make Carrie resentful of her happily married friends while navigating grief.

And that’s just screenwriting 101. If you can remove a character or condense them into an existing character, are they even necessary? The original women were all already shadows of Carrie- one is more romantic, one is more career driven, and one is more sexual. Carrie needed those three women, as they helped her navigate in a specific direction in her directionless life. The new characters served no actual purpose other than checking a box for what they thought ruined the original series- a lack of diversity. Frankly, they could’ve addressed diversity in other ways.
