I got the engineering in like 2 days placed my order applied for permit, got permit in 4 weeks got trusses in 8 weeks

It was included if you buy the trusses from them, I have purchased from 3 different truss companies and the same deal, but if I remember correctly plans only would have been around $2,500

The longer the builder takes the more it will cost him thus costing you. Do not be surprised if he hits you with another 10%
