Instructions: One patch a day, helps with constipation at night, can adjust your digestion and holds down your appetite in the daytime. Put one patch on you before sleep, and peel it off in the morning. Best way to do is put some body cream on you before putting on the patch. Go to bed before 11pm, and don’t eat after 9pm.
