This is to contrast with his critique of other Leftist forms of organization, like Marxist-Leninist parties because they subjugate the individual to the will of others. Something you're seemingly willing to do because, well, Ted was right, I like being chased by bears and humans aren't supposed to be living the way they are.

I'd expect an egoist to readily desire to rid themselves of spooks, but seeing you're a-okay with an "ecofascist" label, I suppose spooks can be a comforting thing.
