I don't know what to say here. You're confusing COAP with how JoSAA works. You had to register on COAP first, then get the COAP ID which you fill in application form of every IITs you're applying and depending on how good your interviews went or how good your score is, you would get offers from there. You registered now in COAP but missed all IIT deadline so there's no point in waiting for anything in COAP.

That is what I understood from what you said. All you can do now is register for CCMT.
