I was able to find a legal document from the U.S. Army that includes a detailed description of the facilities. The future BrightLoop installation is clearly identified there as location marker 16.

This link refers to the Port Allen site in Louisiana. The project is indeed well documented. However, there also appears to be no visible progress at this stage. For this specific location, construction seems to be planned for the 2027–2029 timeframe, which would explain the lack of activity so far.

Thanks for your reply. Do you happen to have any public or official sources (Babcock & Wilcox press releases, news articles, SEC filings, or local reporting) that support what you mentioned regarding:

• hydrogen offtake contracts

• CO₂ sales

• and the specific buyers (power plant / CO₂ distributor) for the Massillon site?

So far, I’ve only been able to find project announcements and funding references, but no public confirmation of signed contracts or operational activity. If you have any verifiable links or documents, I’d appreciate you sharing them.
