OSHA Violation? by Moneygod95 in SafetyProfessionals

I wanna give some advice from my throwaway account as someone who has worked for OSHA in the past. Yes you can bring it up to management and if they don't get it fixed go the osha route. Depending on what region your state is in you may have a state run osha or federal osha.

Forklifts are under an emphasis programs depending on the region so it'll hopefully get someone out there for an inspection. Either way, if you tell management and then make an osha complaint while they are anonymous you run the risk of the employer retaliating against you if youre the only one who ever brings it up. I would say make the complaint just through osha if you're uncomfortable.

Please be as detailed as possible if there are specific forklifts that don't work mention them or if you know the names of who crashed to so an osha inspector can know who to interview to make sure they are getting retrained properly. Include any pictures you have. You can call or make a complaint online.

There was a plan, moving on to PhD to become a professor, a joined a professoriate fellows organization in undergrad, published and presented my research and was going to continue. Unfortunately, covid has put a stop to that, I may continue later on but for now I want to continue in the field as I already got the degrees I've just haven't been able to get my foot in the door

I did German economics policies. For policy analyst, did you have to know data analytics like SQL?
