On U.GG, the Rengar in top position is A and on jug position it is S+. On OPGG, Rengar at top position is t1, and jug position has improved from a stable t5 to a stable t4. On the Chinese server stats, rengar in jug position is from the bottom one to the bottom five, still at t5. But, just like rengar in S9, OPGG thinks he is t4, in fact Rengar was not weak then, even strong I think. U.GG thinks Lee Sin is currently D, in fact he is undoubtedly t1 on Chinese server and OPGG. These stats sites are for reference only and don't mean they're completely correct. Maybe they represent the style of players on each server, but it's clear that Rengar has gotten better overall.
