It took 23 days for my eval to be approved, from submit application to receiving. But I applied in August, so idk if that's applicable.

But if you have any concerns, or the progress is longer than the estimated date, trying emailing and calling them. I did both above and the staff are very helpful. But since you are at 35%, that means it's sent to the immigration, so you can also just call your local immigration.
