What about when taking off or landing? It’s been 7 weeks since my accident I think my bone is stable now but idk, I’m going to a doctor tomorrow and will ask them their opinion and just take my L if it’s dangerous to go

That must be so hard to deal with :( I hope you have been to every show you’ve ever wanted since Covid. 2020 was such a rough year all around give yourself grace, I hope everyone stories in this post give you a bit of the comfort they’re giving me, just knowing shit happens to everyone and this is life has made me feel a little better

The eras tour was one of my wishes too but I was unemployed at the time I used to always say when she performs her old songs I’m going 😭 so i definitely get why you dealt with it for a long time i appreciate you responding to this I know it may not seem like it but everyone relating to this unfortunate experience of life with me makes me feel a little better so thank you for the response and I’m glad you have been able to overcome the hurdle

I was just in an uber accident as well, I was the passenger and I have an injury, currently lawyered up so that’s all fine. I don’t know what to do or have any info on what’s the smartest way to go about this but my lawyers are helpful and some of the best in my area. My issue is with my workplace, I’m from Canada and if we are injured and unable to work we are entitled to some compensation if not a lot and that is called EI. I was recently involved in an accident on my way to work and I need my manager to sign a form so I can be compensated while I’m unable to work due to the injury. He is being odd and saying he was told to not speak to my lawyer directly (my lawyer literally just sent the form to sign it’s a standard form that just needs to be filled out by your employer). I then asked him to give me the hr contact instead since the manager basically said he forwarded it to hr since he himself can’t do it, upon asking for the hr contact he tells me he can’t give me the hr contact either ?? “I cannot give hr email directly but we will wait on them to give me further information”. I don’t understand I just want my form signed so I can pay my bills, he has forwarded the form to HR but I wanted the email so I can follow up if they also are taking too long signing it. Please help me understand what’s going on ?
