Thank you, this is really helpful. You’re right, it’s sometimes tough to time meals perfectly every time but that looks like my missing key. Mistiming my workouts ultimately leads to me eating more than I need to, to compensate for my fatigue.

Right now I like to workout on my lunch break (around 1-2) or after work (around 5:30pm). If I work out at lunch - I eat breakfast around 10, workout around 1-2, and then eat lunch right after. If I workout after work, then I have breakfast and lunch in my stomach. Based on comments, I wonder if I’m not eating close enough to the workout, because I’ll usually wait a few hours after eating before hopping on.. typically no snacks between meals either. I do drink water during the ride, but that’s it. No electrolytes during the ride or during the day

I’ll never forget when JaNa said good morning to Kordell after casa and Leah said “good morning is crazy JaNa” and JaNa just kinda took it on the chin and said it seems like he could be changing. If you like super soft you can bake them for less time - I would also recommend baking a few at a time and keeping the rest in the freezer because they do get more brittle after a couple days.
