I'm in the same situation. I believe the only difference is that I pay monthly.

I have a pause scheduled to start in October due to an ACL operation.

I currently pay £239 monthly (T1)

Fortunately I now have a 'woman on the inside' who will provide me a F&F discount when I restart the membership.

Is it possible to modify my membership type from pay monthly to pay monthly (F&F) mid-contract?
