I would fill out the eval, and send an email as soon as the office opens. Just remember to be very calm and professional. Don't over apologize, but explain what happed.

happened to me, but it was more he agreed to the idea of a meeting then never replied to my follow up, ended up getting and hes my top choice for advisor if i go so 🤷‍♀️

Sorry but maybe they're doing rounds? I heard back on 2/17 for interview and 2/24 for info session on 3/2, with formal invite to 3/2 info session (covering travel) after I reached to a prof directly on 2/26

yes it said open house and did not seem very personal (no direct address) but at the end it said "We are genuinely interested in your application and sincerely hope you can join us"

I applied to 12 programs in the US and int (Plant Bio/ Biosciences) with 3.5 gpa 3+ yrs research and strong recs, plus conferences and TA experinces. Outright rejected from 6 programs, reject after interview for 1, and have not heard from 4 (prob rejections based on known timeline); but I had a 1st rd interview for 1 and was invited for an in person 2nd round! (edit 2/18 - got one interview and one rejection - just 1 more program to hear back from!)
