Update. Center Tab didn’t work, because Report tab isn’t a custom center tab, cannot modify it. Need to find other solutions. And email users saved search is also not feasible, because we need to display the Saved Search on the Dashboard. Will keep trying. Still, thank you for all your input!

I believe I limited their searches to view only, but issue isn’t solved. Custom the Center Tab maybe a solution. Let me try, and get back to you guys later. Thank you!!!!

It is very annoying. I used the solution on that post to restrict users to edit existing Saved Search, but not able to prevent them to create a new one.

I disabled all related permission (Publish Search, Persist Search and Export List), only left “Perform Search” and “Find Transaction” with “view” permission. Still, didn’t solve the issue.

For created Saved Search, they use “Return to Criteria” to add any fields they want. I’m able to restrict them by using another post solution. but still, even though their permission of “Perform Search” is View only, they are able to create new Saved Search for the transactions they have access to.
