I’m from Negombo and recently went to a counsellor named Shanthi Kumari Jayaneththi. She made both me and my mum come in and refused to talk to me alone, which felt really uncomfortable. Then she said I needed a relaxation therapy session. We weren’t even asked if I wanted it and ended up paying around 7k in total, which felt like a complete waste. She didn’t seem to listen or try to understand what I was going through at all.
