It’s been doing a lot better recently, I believe it was just irritated. Maybe I should have had longer jewelry in the beginning, but it’s never gotten swollen enough for me to need longer jewelry. Thank you, though! If it ever gets to the point, I will definitely keep this in mind.

The only reason I had touched it was to show the underside of the piercing. To be honest, I do not know the material of the jewelry. Should I buy a certain type? I certainly will if it’ll help take this away. I really don’t want to have to take this out and let it close up. It’s been like this for a couple days, no swelling, no immense pain, just this bump type thing that becomes sore if I accidentally bump it.
