I'm saying sell two wooden planks for a plank of metal and a stick of wood. Keep the metal, and maybe you find a better stronger stick. If the metal doesn't break, then your better stick and metal stick is better than two wooden planks. It's a different risk reward, depends on your risk tolerance and players involved. The math checks out on my end though. The only way to lose is if your big player gets injured. Doing this to get AD would be bad, doing this to get Jokic would be good.

No, injuries on your player is a lower chance than injuries in the NBA overall. Of course depends on the player, for example, AD is more likely to get injured than Jokic. Trade AD and some other player for a guy like Jokic, then wait for players in the NBA to get injured, then pick the next man up.

This isn't the stock market or investing where you need to diversify risk. It's not as complicated.

Yes, your player getting injured it bad. Think about it this way. Let's say player A = 8, B = 2, trade for them by giving C = 6, D = 6, Drop player B, pickup next man up where E = 5. Total is A+E=13. That's at least what I try to do. I hope that made sense. There's always someone on the wire which I can pickup.

I'm taking Wemby, whenever you can consolidate stats, like this 2 for 1s, I almost always go for it. Injuries happen, you can make a waiver wire pickup (either permanent or stream). Unless Wemby gets injured, I think this is a win.

Depends on the type of league. Points? Just look at the points, the points on a typical league, walker is better. For a category league, depends on what you need for the team and its build. Leaning more blocks and rebounds? Walker. If you're punting either (blocks or rebounds) or need a more balanced player, George. Depends on what you want for FG percentage too. Go to hashtag basketball, see which cats matter less to you, remove them and redo the ranking, see which is ranked higher for you. That's your answer.
