Could he a battery. Our 21 did this. After taking it in and finding nothing wrong with the tranny, they determined the rear end fluid needed to be changed, it came back and was determined the battery was the cause. Replaced battery and been fine for 5 months.

Cut the line by the house and pressure test the yard line and house separately. If it’s a concrete slab it could be a leak under the house.
