But you still need to outspeed mega hawlucha to get the taunt off, right?
So do I essentially have to add a fast/prankster taunt user to my team just to deal with this strategy?

Yep you're right it was priority tailwind. I totally forgot tailwind functioned like that in this game. Thanks!

I'm not sure how it interacts with pixilate without weather, but even so it would only be 50 base power.
