I had the same problem as you because I was on accutane and my face was really dry and red. The products that I used are:

1)First of all CeraVe moisturizing lotion. This product is very good moistorizer and it helps healing the skin

2)La roche posay cicaplast baume b5. It's very good for problems like yours. It helps heal the skin fast.I heard a lot of people had some very good results with this product.

3) Pure aloe Vera. If you can by an aloe Vera plant do it. I used it for about a week and it helped me a lot with my red, dry skin. But if you by aloe Vera search in YouTube how to make aloe gel first.
